Research and Application of Predicting Models in Water Treatment After Improving
LI Ming-he,WANG Ke (Department of Electrical Information ,Anhui University of Technology, Ma’anshan 243002,China) Abstract:For the serious lag issue in the mass transfer of dissolved oxygen in the water treatment progress,the predicting models based on MN PID controller is present.As the mass transfer of dissolved oxygen is approximately one order of pure delay process in the standard conditions,Smith predictor is used as compensation link.The MN PID controller based on supervised Delta learning rules can adjust PID parameters continuously on-line.The result by simulating on the model shows good control effect,and finally we achieve this model in engineering application with Siemens PLC.
