WANG Hong-hui, TUO Xian-guo, XU Qiang, XI Da-shun (State Key Laboratory of Geo-hazard Prevention and Geo-environment Protection, Chengdu University of Technology, Chengdu 610059, China) Abstract:The methodology and technology of the mountain cracks remote monitoring are proposed in this paper. The system includes two parts: the acquisition node is using the SOC microcontroller as its core, uses the displacement sensors to pick up the mountain cracks and the GSM module to set up the SM(short message) data transmission platform. With the low power supply management, the acquisition node can work continuously more than two months by the ordinary batteries. The indoor host manages the acquisition nodes through the GSM platform and connects to the PC with the RS232 interface and friendly expert system software is also designed. Key words:mountain cracks; SOC; global system for mobile communications(GSM); low power consumption; geohazards |
