Parameters Self-tuning Fuzzy-PID Combined with Expert Control of the Paper Pulp Cooking Process
ZHU Jun-jun, FENG Yi (College of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou 510640, China) Abstract:An autocontrol system is proposed which applies parameters self-tuning fuzzy-PID control algorithm combined with expert decision for controlling the pressure of spherical digester, based on the analysis of the mathematical model of spherical digester cooking process. Fuzzy turning PID controller changes the three parameters of PID controller by the error and error’s varieties of systems, so it can adapt some parameters’ varieties for system. Expert decision can decrease the overshoot and enhance the capacity of anti-dynamic disturbance. The cooking curve tracing accuracy is greatly improved with the application of the algorithm.
