Development of Directional Flow Vacuum Calibration Virtual Instrument Based on LabVIEW

It is made up of spinning rotor gauge. capacitance diaphragm gauge. cold cathode ionization gauge, directional gauge and servomotors. The hardware configuration and software design methods are described. The calibration software is developed by LabVIEW 7.1.
