Study on Optimizing Design Application of Control System of Cumene Tower
SHEN Qing-bo, DU Shi-jie (School of Information and Control Engineering, Liaoning Shihua University, Fushun 113001, China) Abstract:Cumene tower is the main device of cumene production unit, using of advanced control strategies based on traditional control scheme,the control system optimizing scheme has been designed for the cumene tower system, cumene tower steam generator system, cumene tower Top system and cumene failed product tank system four-part ,and so on. Combined with present situation of the industrial control practice field, the use of DCS and fieldbus technology have achieved the advanced control scheme at cumene production equipment.
