中文摘要:       针对大规模铅酸蓄电池组使用中单只蓄电池状态信息无法及时获取这一问题,设计一种基于CAN总线的蓄电池状态记录监测系统。系统网络采用CAN总线构成通信网络,通过自行设计的CAN节点监测蓄电池的各种参数,采集的信息通过CAN总线储存在主站节点的CF卡内,可以通过FTP服务器下载到PC机上进行数据分析,主站节点和PC机间还通过RS232串行通信实时地显示蓄电池信息。系统在测试中稳定可靠,使用方便,达到了预期效果。

Monitoring System for the Condition of Storage Batteries Based on CAN Bus

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that when a large-scale plumbic-acid storage- battery group is used,the status messages of all its members can not be acquired on time, the paper designed a monitoring system for the condition of storage batteries based on can bus. The system uses can bus to form a communication network and monitors kinds of parameters of the battery by means of self-designed can nodes. The system stores information collected in the CF card in the master node through can bus, or downloads the information to PC through the FTP server to analyze data. Serial communication between master nodes and PC through RS232 can show the information of the storage battery in real time.  The system works stably and reliably in the test. It is easy to be used,and achieves the expected results.
